Weinböhla - a varied countryside with southern charm

095

Open areas, well-tended gardens and houses, vineyards, mixed deciduous forests or forest ponds are only some of Weinböhla’s features. The interplay of all these facets adds to the appeal of the village, which is sometimes also referred to as Saxony’s Nice.

Hikers will find a large number of hiking trails inside the municipality and to beautiful destinations in the vicinity of Weinböhla, which are all very well signposted. The journey to Weinböhla is very easy, thanks to Weinböhla’s excellent connection to local and regional public transport, such as the trains to Leipzig and Dresden, the bus to Meißen, and the tram to Dresden. Visitors travelling in their own car find a number of free car parks, most of them with opportunities to take a little rest.

Weinböhla – the best place to relax while being active.
